(23 August 2013); I try to make a pizza few days ago. I try it all of a sudden because there's nothing to do and since it I was so hungry lol.. my first attempt ;) it is better than eating pizza outside :p delicious and fresh..ok let see how it is made. My youngest sister help me with the dough ingredient.
So first step is know your ingredient; - I add up some ingredient with *
Dough (8 Serving)
1. 4 Cup of white wheat flour
2. 2 teaspoon of yeast powder
3. 1 teaspoon of sugar
4. 1 teaspoon of salt
5. 1 teaspoon of black pepper *
6. 3 tablespoon of butter
7. 1/2 cups warm water
Mixed all the dry ingredient stir it and mix it well..next add up the butter and use your hand (for me hand is better) to mixed it..or you can use a mixer. Add up water accordingly and knead it with both hand 2 or 3 minutes longer. The dough should be smooth and place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrapper and leave it to double it size for about an hour or longer. If it's too big, keep the extra in a plastic wrap in a fridge and can store for a about a week max.
The Topping Layer Sauce
1. Tomato sauce
2. Chili paste (1 tablespoon)
3. Garlic paste
4. 3 tablespoon of vinegar/lemon juice
5. Virgin olive oil
6. Mozzarella cheese
Mix all ingredient into a bowl and stir it well and leave it while cooking the topping ingredients.
The Ingredients
1. Sausages sliced (any portion)
2. Beef sliced (any portion)
3. Big onion
4. Minced garlic
5. Spring onion
6. Black pepper
7. 5 spices
8. Vinegar/Lemon juice
9. Pineapple sliced
10. Yellow capsicum
11. Red chili
12. Sugar
13. Salt
14. Sweet black soy sauce
Pre-Preperation : Preheat the oven to 160°C for at least 30 minutes.
Beef:
Sliced the beef into thin layer..mixed it in a bowl with salt, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, 5 spices and vinegar or lemon juice. Marinate it for about 10-20 minutes. Then stir fry it with olive cooking oil until it is medium cooked.
Sausage:
Mixed the sliced sausages with olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Dough
Sprinkle some flour on the table before rolling the dough it into round shape to 10-12 inch size. Let the outer dough thicker so you can shape it into a lip. Let it rest for about 3-5 minutes.
Applying the toppings
First, brush the top of the dough with some butter or olive oil before applying the mixed tomato sauce on top of the dough.
Second, put the topping ingredient accordingly. The cooked beef, sausages, sliced pineapple, capsicum, sprinkle red chili, big onion and lastly the cheese. I use this steel plate since I don't have a flat steel plate or what they call it. :p Cook it for about 10-20 minutes. Turn the inner side of the pizza clockwise after 10 minutes and change the heat position into low heater after 15 minutes. Take out the pizza with extra careful. Sprinkle the spring onion and some more cheese after the pizza is cooked and that's it.
