Hello and welcome to my blog. I am very curious what will comes on the next day..Life is so full of unexpected things..so I picture it like the picture on the left, colorful....when life relates to existence and consciousness, and both rely on many related issues, including life stance, purpose, conception of a god or gods, a soul or an afterlife. But wait..let's just understand what is life the plain way..I just understand it by my own opinions. So..where we exist no matter where we are..who we are and what we have..so to keep it simple..enjoy life and what is given to us..can you accept my opinion? Well..I would like to hear your opinions too.. :)

What is interesting about life..for me, other than enjoying our life..let's talk about food..where food is the most important for us to continue walking as long as we can live..it's a fact anyway..not all food is the same, there's many ways we can prepare our food..with different taste, smells, looks and fascinating  ingredients..ahh I just cant stop thinking of it..I just wish one day I could travel around the world and taste all types of food. 

Drinks..I think everyone have their own favorite drinks..when we think about drinks..we must be in either way are thirsty or just feel like to have some.. I always have something on my table to drinks..sometimes coffee, fruit juice, tea or plain water. Our body is based on liquid entity..so we need to keep our body to get enough source of water .. Just want to share & explore all type of drinks can be found on earth..keep up with me and we can share with everyone..

Another interesting thing that we all like is pictures.. I know most of us must have thousand of picture collection of ourselves, family, friends, places & events..and whatever picture we takes with our camera. Take anything you like to capture..because every picture have it's own story or history and like nowadays we can store thousand to millions of picture in digital format not like the olden days..that's why sooner or later I'm gonna buy myself a good camera..I love art and drawing too please visit my soon to be completed art blog at mypencilsart page.

Altered Sensei's Divining Top

This is my first video of making an altered Magic the Gathering card. I altered Sensei's Divining Top as it was my friend request.

I planned to make more videos in the future and maybe I will make a lucky giveaway for my Youtube subscriber.
So what is the basic altering we need is pretty simple.

1) Tip brush at least few size
2) Acrylic paint
3) Toothpick/Cotton bud/Tissue roll
4) Color palette
5) Water
6) Crystal coated spray

For most card altered is protected by using crystal coated spray to make it last long but acrylic paint itself is almost durable if you keep the card into a perfect fit clear sleeve and it will preserve well long enough.

So for me, I just love art and looking at something I made makes me feel good for the result.

Hello 2014! Be A Good Year For Me

Dear 2014..

14 Jan 2014 - Hope you be dear to me and be a good year ahead.. I hope this year will be filled with more success upon my new goal..new image...new path..one of it..a new path..haha..new awesome friends..more incoming family members...but hope will do something better to improve myself.
      Something might changed..sweet memories..bitter one's..all left there in 2013. Don't look back into it..move on..never going backwards..and deal with what happens and accept it. But one thing is to keep appreciating what was and be glad what you have before. It was hard..really..during those years..by keeping yourself maintained with no jobs..using all what I got..whew..almost dried out. Then it's all passed now that I have gotten into a great jobs starting November 2013.
       I lost a few..great people in my life..my lovely grandpa on the 4th November 2013..although I couldn't make it to your funeral, you're always stays in my heart and I'm surely going to visit you. My family, friends and loved one's out there..hope they will be happy and healthy always. See the next big or small things this year..11 months to go..and my hope Feng Shui is good in the year of the horse. I did believe in it as what I read for my first thought of the year for last year really afflicted my whole year.

The Right food for You..

I've been following this food charts since a years ago..it's really help me to overcome my uric acid level in my body. Exactly, I found the old charts back in my drawer. I believe most of us doesn't know or rarely know about this facts. The foods we eats..really have an impact to our body and it's depends on our blood type. 

The food charts encourages people to eat certain foods and avoid others based on their blood type -- A, B, AB, or O.

The popular posts by Peter J. D'Adamo, ND, the author of Eat Right for Your Type: "The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy, Living Longer & Achieving Your Ideal Weight, believes blood types affect the digestive system and that some foods good for people of one type are "dangerous" for another."

It is believed that blood type O ("for old," as in humanity's oldest blood line) your digestive tract retains the memory of ancient times, says, so your metabolism will benefit from lean meats, poultry, and fish. Blood O type are advised to restrict grains, breads, and legumes, and to enjoy vigorous exercise.

For type A blood ("for agrarian") flourishes on vegetarian diets, "the inheritance of their more settled and less warlike farmer ancestors. The type A diet contains soy proteins, grains, and organic vegetables and encourages gentle exercise.

The nomadic blood type B has a tolerant digestive system and can enjoy low-fat dairy, meat, and produce but, among other things, should avoid wheat, corn, and lentils. If you're type B, it's recommended you exercise moderately.

The modern blood type AB has a sensitive digestive tract and should avoid chicken, beef, and pork but enjoy seafood, tofu, dairy, and most produce. The fitness regimen for ABs is calming exercises.

Starts today..try to follow this healthy lifestyle and see improvements in your life, it's not to avoid it permanently but to lessen it intake that not suitable for your blood type :)

With four unique blood types, we should have different and choose for the right diet for our blood type which comes down to lectins, food proteins each blood type digests differently.

Eating foods containing lectins incompatible with our blood type, may experience inflammation, bloating, a slower metabolism, even diseases such as cancer. The best way to avoid these effects is to eat foods meant for your blood type. Let's make full use of others research which will benefit us literally. 

All foods fall into three categories on the Eat Right for Your Type diet:

• Highly beneficial ( + )
• Neutral ( O )
• Avoid ( X )

Beneficial foods for your blood type act like medicine, neutral foods like food, meanwhile avoid foods "act like a poison". For example, type O's should steer clear of whole wheat and wheat germ because "eating gluten is like putting the wrong kind of octane in your car ... it clogs the works".

Crazy Hawaiian beef + chicken sausage + Chili Homemade Pizza

(23 August 2013); I try to make a pizza few days ago. I try it all of a sudden because there's nothing to do and since it I was so hungry lol.. my first attempt ;) it is better than eating pizza outside :p delicious and fresh..ok let see how it is made. My youngest sister help me with the dough ingredient.

So first step is know your ingredient; - I add up some ingredient with * 

Dough (8 Serving)

1. 4 Cup of white wheat flour

2. 2 teaspoon of yeast powder

3. 1 teaspoon of sugar

4. 1 teaspoon of salt

5. 1 teaspoon of black pepper *

6. 3 tablespoon of butter

7. 1/2 cups warm water

Mixed all the dry ingredient stir it and mix it well..next add up the butter and use your hand (for me hand is better) to mixed it..or you can use a mixer. Add up water accordingly and knead it with both hand 2 or 3 minutes longer. The dough should be smooth and place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrapper and leave it to double it size for about an hour or longer. If it's too big, keep the extra in a plastic wrap in a fridge and can store for a about a week max.

The Topping Layer Sauce

1. Tomato sauce

2. Chili paste (1 tablespoon)

3. Garlic paste

4. 3 tablespoon of vinegar/lemon juice  

5. Virgin olive oil

6. Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredient into a bowl and stir it well and leave it while cooking the topping ingredients.

The Ingredients

1. Sausages sliced (any portion)

2. Beef sliced (any portion)

3. Big onion

4. Minced garlic 

5. Spring onion

6. Black pepper

7. 5 spices

8. Vinegar/Lemon juice

9. Pineapple sliced

10. Yellow capsicum

11. Red chili

12. Sugar

13. Salt

14. Sweet black soy sauce

Pre-Preperation : Preheat the oven to 160°C for at least 30 minutes.

Beef:

   Sliced the beef into thin layer..mixed it in a bowl with salt, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, 5 spices and vinegar or lemon juice. Marinate it for about 10-20 minutes. Then stir fry it with olive cooking oil until it is medium cooked.

Sausage:

    Mixed the sliced sausages with olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Dough

    Sprinkle some flour on the table before rolling the dough it into round shape to 10-12 inch size. Let the outer dough thicker so you can shape it into a lip. Let it rest for about 3-5 minutes. 

Applying the toppings

   First, brush the top of the dough with some butter or olive oil before applying the mixed tomato sauce on top of the dough. 

    Second, put the topping ingredient accordingly. The cooked beef, sausages, sliced pineapple, capsicum, sprinkle red chili, big onion and lastly the cheese. I use this steel plate since I don't have a flat steel plate or what they call it. :p Cook it for about 10-20 minutes. Turn the inner side of the pizza clockwise after 10 minutes and change the heat position into low heater after 15 minutes. Take out the pizza with extra careful. Sprinkle the spring onion and some more cheese after the pizza is cooked and that's it. 

And that's it. Looks more delicious lol..ok time to eat and drink some soft drinks or better with green tea :)

Altered Art Magic The Gathering

(19 August 2013); Hello again, today I'm gonna write about my favorite trading card game (TCG) Magic the Gathering. I started to play this card game since 2004 right after 4 months I enroll in Cosmopoint College Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. 

        I started to play Yu-Gi-Oh for God Sake..haha I play Yu-Gi-Oh before I know this MTG ( Magic The Gathering ). So how did I stumble with this hobbies? First, I like the artwork, second I like the mechanism, third I like the game play, fourth I like the way we build our won deck with strategies..that the main of this card..build your own deck and battles with other and for collection..mostly for rares and special cards. 

     After a few years playing Magic The Gathering I found out one thing that caught my intention is altering my magic card. Altering means by changing the card original art to new looks with different feeling and value of the card. For e.g:

         Although this card altering make the card beautiful, the card somehow will be restricted from being used in some tournament if the altering process doesn't follow the judge rules or standards. It count the cards thickness, the card recognition, the card name and it's originality. For me, somehow I only use it for my playing pleasure and receive compliments from other player for my unique cards used ;) and if I have good mood I could offer them for commission to alter their card. 

         The altering process could take about one to two day or more depending on the card art and artist patience, some could be even a weeks. Most of alter artist using the acrylic paint because it is easy to handle and easy to remove at first touch up applied. Acrylic paint doesn't damage the card heavily and could stay longer and the color fade is tougher with water resistant compound. Usually finished with transparent clear coating so the color is preserved. The artwork will leaves paints on the surface so it will be seen clearly and we can feel it.

Happy Birthday Diana Misskoyo

(19 August 2013);  Ok..I'm not sure how long the video will take to upload but I've been waiting since 7.30 pm. Oh well the internet speed is very slow. It's 12.18 pm now..but I'm gonna wait patiently hihi..almost there..almost there..and it's almost 1 am..hahaha..

        First of all I would like to say hope she have a great day during her birthday and hope it would be much better next time. I remember she give me a present during my birthday and sing for me..that was very sweet..single dedicated just for me :) Thank you so much and the bangle and the rosary.

       I would like to give the present during her birthday but I give it weeks earlier and glad she like it and even use it. I really love the sweet smell of that perfume on her, really suits her..well if it for my opinion :) That's the best I could think that day..haha I'm inexperienced to buy present for a girl :p 

     

       Almost 12.41pm now and the uploading was about 81%..haha ok.. I'll keep on typing here..what we do is Jog during her birthday..watching the Musical Fountain found in the heart of Perdana Park, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I will write my review for Perdana Park later on. The music is nice and after a few show we went and stumble upon a place. My first time actually been there on 02 August 2013..we found a Secret Recipe restaurant? Maybe first time for me lol..to my suprise she's too didn't know Secret Recipe exists there?? Hmm..ok never mind :p hahaha..
